GENERAL INFORMATION

HOTEL POLICIES

1. Charges Accommodation: Must be paid at time of check in, without exception, and according to the conditions previously agreed contracts. If at the time of payment, the customer would make changes, stay in its entirety shall be refacturada at the current rate and as stipulated new conditions.

2. Schedule: The schedule provided for the Check In (income) is from the 14 hours and the time limit for the Check Out time is 10 hours. For an additional fee equal to 50% of the rack rate, the reservation holder may request a late check out (late departure) until 17 pm. After this time will be charged 100% of the rack rate. All times shown are in GMT-3: 00 (local time).

4. Scope of terms: These terms apply to all bookings made through our website - booking reservations made online or by e-mail / phone, personal or other means of communication.

5. Acceptance: The reservation holder accepts the hotel policies and these terms on behalf of all members of your group. Upon acceptance of the booking will be assumed that the person has understood and given its agreement to all the points made in this booking contract.

6. Terms of cancellation or rebooking: You can modify or cancel your reservation, subject to the policies of modification, cancellation and no-shows as specified in item cancellations and penalties. We reserve the right to charge cancellation fee and no show in accordance with established policies.

7. Terms of no show: In the event that not you check in the day agreed upon, you are treated as "no show (no show)" and proceed to collect the appropriate filing fee not equivalent to 100% of the stay.

8. Limitation of Economic Responsibility: In the unlikely event that a problem arises with respect to a reserve, our liability, if any, shall be limited to the deposit paid at time of booking.

9. Privacy Policy: Information collected to secure your booking with us, only used to process that specific reserve. Under no circumstances will this information be shared with other organizations for other purposes.

10. Smoke Free Hotel: According to the provisions of the Ley N º13.894 D1626/09, smoking is prohibited in enclosed environments of the hotel, including the rooms.

11. Extra people Policy: Maximum occupancy per room is allowed up to 4 people, including babies cots occupied or not. If the household exceeds the allowable amount, the holder of the reservation must take two rooms.

12. Pets: not allowed

BOOKING POLICY / CANCELLATION AND / OR CHANGES

BOOKING ON REQUEST: Reservations are preferably made via e-mail, clearly indicating full name, telephone number, date of entry and exit and room type selected. After receiving the e-mail in our response booking confirmation we send you the bank details where you must make a deposit amounting to 25% of the total stay, or the equivalent of one night amount in the case of stocks below 3 nights.

If the customer does not want to make a deposit to guarantee the reservation we require credit card for which you must inform the following data (owner, number, security code, expiration and issuing bank).

Booking last minute: For reservation made within pre-admission day (Check In) 48 hours, we require a guarantee by credit card, otherwise the booking will be confirmed on probation mode. You can also make your reservation through telephone by calling Monday through Friday from 10 am to 18 pm, at (011) 4373 1360 where you will be requested the data from your credit card or may make a bank deposit or electronic transfer, as enunciated above, in order to guarantee the reservation.

The data of the credit card left on warranty shall be valid to confirm your reservation, otherwise, the same may be overlooked withdraw without notice.

The payment of the entire reservation (in case of guarantee card) or the balance (if guaranteed with deposit) is made directly at the hotel upon arrival and can be done by cash, credit card (Visa, Amex, or MasterCard) or debit card (Electron or Maestro). Rates do not suffer surcharges for card payments. With respect to debit credit card please note that are in one payment. For payment plans, check the interest rates applied by type of card.

If after 36 business hours of submitting your reservation request has been received no answer, please reenvíenos your request with a copy to info@niken.com.ar, or refer by calling Reservations and Operations Center at (011) 4373 -1360 Monday to Friday from 10 to 18 hours.

At the time of booking will be confirmed only room category, not the number; Room assignment will be announced in the Hotel on the day of admission.

Children up to 4 years free when sharing with 2 adults Twin Standard. Maximum 2 children free per family. If a room is occupied by 2 children and an adult, double occupancy rate will apply.

Enabled payment methods are: Cash (Pesos argentinos / Dollars - euros), debit card, credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) Prepay by bank transfer or deposit. Transfer fees are paid by the customer and order.

CANCELLATION AND / OR CHANGING RESERVATIONS - PENALTIES

The client must send an e-mail client from the original reservation holder communicating the decision.

As time in number of days in advance of the scheduled check in, the customer is entitled to reinstatement following according to the season: High season (December to March).

- Early cancellation free of charge: up to 25 days before arrival date: no penalty (100% refund of payment made), after deduction of management fees and banking.

- Late cancellation: within 24 days before arrival date the hotel will have the full payment as cancellation penalty.

- No-shows (no show): 100% of total accommodation charges.

Low Season (April to November)

- Up to 96 prior to Check In Hs: the cancellation fee equivalent to 1 night.

- Within 48 hours the hotel will have the full payment as cancellation penalty.

- No-shows (no show): 100% of total accommodation charges.

Undifferentiated seasons Hotel charged the full stay, as mentioned in the book, even if guests leave before or shorten their stay.

Refunds are made by Bono Hotel, without exception, which must be used within 6 months from the return, according to hotel availability.

In case of force majeure and where the hotel should make monetary reimbursement, shall be entitled to deduct administrative expenses, banking and taxes.

RESERVATION CHANGES: Requests for modification of booking must be made in a timely manner via e-mail to reservas@niken.com.ar. To validate it shall receive an affirmative answer to our reservation center. The hotel reserves the right to charge service fees, if the amendment is made more than two (2) times.

All dates, rates and payment terms stated in this Policy are subject to change without notice. These changes are reflected in sending the Booking Confirmation by the hotel.
